YHCB series arc pump relies on the working volume change and movement formed between the pump cylinder and the meshing gear to transport liquid or pressurize the rotary pump.
YHCB series arc pump structure. The teeth are of double arc sinusoidal shape, and a pair of meshing gears and pump cylinders separate the suction cavity from the discharge cavity. When the gear rotates, the volume of the teeth on the side of the suction cavity increases gradually, the pressure decreases, and the liquid enters the teeth under the action of pressure difference. As the gear rotates, the fluid between the teeth is carried to the discharge chamber. At this time, the volume between teeth at the engagement of the teeth on the side of the discharge chamber is gradually reduced, and the liquid is discharged. YHCB series arc pump is suitable for conveying lubricating liquid without solid particles, non-corrosive, viscosity range is large. Pump flow up to 300 m 3/ h, pressure up to 3×107 pa. It is usually used for hydraulic pumps and transportation of various oil products. YHCB series arc pump is simple and compact in structure, easy to manufacture, easy to maintain, self-priming ability, but flow, pressure pulsation and noise. YHCB series arc pump must be equipped with a safety valve, in order to prevent the damage of the pump or prime mover due to some reasons such as blockage of the discharge pipe so that the pump outlet pressure exceeds the allowable value, the safety valve opening pressure is generally 1.5 times of the working pressure.
YHCB series arc pump is a positive displacement pump, consisting of two gears, pump body and front and back cover of two closed space, when the gear rotation, gear off the side of the space volume from small to large, forming a vacuum, the liquid suction, gear meshing side of the space volume from large to small, and the liquid into the pipeline. The suction cavity and the discharge cavity are separated by the meshing lines of two gears.
The pressure of discharge outlet of YHCB series arc pump completely depends on the size of the pump source resistance.
