NYP high viscosity rotor pump is based on petroleum, chemical industry, paint, oil, medicine, dyes, food and other industries demand, research and development of a new type of positive displacement pump, because the product can choose different material and its unique structure, therefore widely used in different nature, different viscosity of media transmission.

Applicable medium temperature: - 10 ℃ -- 200 ℃ (NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 suitable temperature for - 10 ℃ -- 80 ℃).

Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0 cst-300,000 CST (the applicable viscosity of NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 is 1.0 cst-10,000 CST)

Cycling NYP series high viscosity rotor pump structure:

The pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearing and so on.There are mechanical seal and packing seal, for high temperature, high viscosity and corrosive medium, choose packing seal.

When transporting crystallizable materials, an insulating jacket can be designed on the front cover and pump body, and when working, it can be heated and melted by steam.Seen from the extension end of the spindle to the pump clockwise rotation.
