XD single stage rotary vane vacuum pump

The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump. It has a simple structure, easy operation and convenient maintenance. It is a basic equipment for obtaining vacuum with a wide range of applications. His working principle is the same as that of a general positive displacement pump. It consists of a rotor that is mounted concentrically with the drive shaft and is eccentric in the pump body. The rotor has three radially sliding blades that divide the pump chamber into three working chambers. The pumping gas enters from the suction port and enters the pump chamber through the open check valve and the filter. When the rotor rotates, the chamber that completes the suction separates itself from the air inlet and compresses the gas and passes through the pump chamber and the exhaust box. The passage between the gases discharges the gas. Rotate one revolution and repeat the operation three times.
