Stainless steel high viscosity rotor pump

How it works:

The drive gear (outer rotor) with internal teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction in the fully enclosed pump body, and the crescent plate of the pump body and the front cover separates the suction inlet from the discharge outlet. When rotating, negative pressure is formed at the suction inlet, the liquid is inhaled, and the rotor takes the liquid to the discharge outlet, and the pump body is discharged under pressure to complete the liquid transportation.

The pump is mainly composed of internal and external rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearing and so on. The seal has two forms of mechanical seal and packing seal, for high temperature, high viscosity and corrosive media, choose packing seal.

When conveying easily crystallized materials, the front cover and pump body can be designed with thermal insulation jacket, which can be melted by steam during work. The pump can be equipped with a safety valve, when the pump or pipeline system overpressure, the safety valve opens, forming internal reflux, to ensure the safety of the system.

The pump unit consists of a pump, a motor and a base. There are two transmission modes: bridge type and direct connection type. From the motor end to the pump, for clockwise rotation
