WQCB series electric heating insulation pump is suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-solid particles, solidifying medium at room temperature, such as conveying heavy oil, asphalt, glue, resin, paraffin, rosin and similar liquid properties, this pump has good self-priming performance.

WQCB series electric heat preservation pump body is equipped with hollow interlayer, and equipped with import and export flanges, can be used for heat conduction oil, steam, hot water and other media to transfer liquid and pump heat preservation and cooling.

1.WQCB series electric heating insulation pump and motor are connected by elastic coupling and installed on cast iron chassis.

2.The inlet and outlet of WQCB series electric heat preservation pump and the inlet and outlet of heating pipe are connected with standard flange (GB/T9116-2000).

3.WQCB series electric heat insulation pump shaft end seal using multistage backflow high temperature resistant packing seal, sealing performance is reliable.

4.WQCB series electric heating insulation pump is mainly composed of pump body, insulation sandwich, gear, front and rear cover and shaft end sealing device and other main parts. Pump body and insulation sandwich and other parts in contact with high temperature medium are made of cast iron.
