WQCB Asphalt insulated pump

WQCB type heat pump is mainly used for asphalt pump, transmission and high temperature of asphalt (residue) liquid spray cloth, apply to construction projects such as roads and square asphalt (residue) spray operation, also can be used to pump at room temperature, transmission of high volatile and low flash point of petroleum products, such as various kinds of engine oil, machine oil and heavy oil, etc.

Characteristics of heat preservation pump

1) WQCB type asphalt heat preservation pump has simple and compact structure and convenient installation and use.

2) with good self-priming performance, no liquid should be added before each pump is opened, which is especially convenient to use.

3) the heating pipe adopts standard flange connection, convenient sealing surface connection and reliable sealing.

4) Q235 cast carbon structural steel is adopted for the high-temperature medium flow parts of the heat preservation asphalt pump, and the pressure test shows that the pump has good thermal adaptability and works safely and reliably.

Matters needing attention

1) after the installation of WQCB asphalt insulation pump, the following items should be checked for the first time starting up:

Whether the valve in and out of the pipe is open;

If the direction of circulating pump is correct (the pump is clockwise from the perspective of motor) (80, 100RCB is counterclockwise rotation);

Attach attention to whether the outlet pressure gauge value of the pump is within the specified technical specifications;

To pay attention to the normal noise or overheating of the pump.

2) temperature asphalt pump seal, such as leakage, please trace pressure tight seal pressure evenly cover bolt or nut, but must be careful not to drop too tight to avoid severe fever, reduce the use of pump shaft and sealing ring were ordered.

3) when the viscosity of the conveying medium of WQCB asphalt insulation pump is high, vibration, noise and intermittent sound will be produced. The medium should be heated in time to reduce the viscosity, otherwise, the bearing of the pump will be damaged.

4) after the shutdown of WQCB asphalt insulation pump, first cut off the power supply, and then close the valve on the discharge pipe to avoid reverse pump rotation.
