High viscosity rotor pump is according to the requirements of petroleum, chemical industry, paint and other industries, research and development of a new type of positive displacement pump, because the product can choose different material and its unique structure, therefore widely used in different nature, different viscosity of media transmission.
Applicable medium temperature, high viscosity rotor pump - 10 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ (NYP0.78 and NYP2.3 suitable temperature for - 10 ℃ ~ 80 ℃)

Working principle of high viscosity rotor pump:
The drive gear (external rotor) of high viscosity rotor pump with inner teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction in the fully enclosed pump body.When rotating, negative pressure is formed at the suction inlet, and the liquid is inhaled. The rotor takes the liquid to the discharge outlet, and the pressure is discharged from the pump body, completing the liquid transportation.
High viscosity rotor pump structure:
High viscosity rotor pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearing and so on.Mechanical seal and packing seal are available for high temperature, high density and corrosive medium.
When transporting crystallizable materials, a heat preservation jacket can be designed on the front cover and pump body, and steam can be used to keep warm and melt when working.The pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or pipeline system overpressure, the safety valve will open to form internal reflux and ensure the system safety.
The pump device consists of a pump, a motor and a base.There are two types of transmission: bridge type and direct connection type.

Sealing maintenance, replacement and upgrading are convenient: NYP heat preservation pump series, bearing cavity is enlarged, bearing part becomes an integral part, and the entire sealing cavity can be spun off simply by screwing off the top wire.The seal can be removed directly from the bearing box part of the bracket.This not only greatly saves the maintenance time, but also makes the maintenance easier.
2. Adjustable clearance at the end of gear: the NYP high viscosity pump can meet the technical requirements of the pump under different viscosity by adjusting gear clearance according to the need of viscosity.The second advantage of the whole bearing box is that the clearance can be adjusted by simply rotating the bearing box.Simple operation, no need to remove any parts of the pump.
3. Increase the third major advantage of bearing cavity: the space provided by the wide support cavity can be adjusted without removing the pump.
4. The insulation jacket is cast as a whole, with good insulation effect and zero leakage.
