KCB Series of gear pumps

KCB series gear pump is suitable for conveying containing no solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature is not higher than 80 ℃, the viscosity of 5 x 10-6-1.5 x 10-3 m2 / s (5 to 1500 CST) nature of lubricating oil or other similar oil liquid.

Application scope of KCB series gear pump:

1. It can be used as a fuel pump for conveying, pressurizing and spraying in the fuel system;

2. It can be used as a transmission and pressure pump in the oil transportation system;

3. It can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power in the hydraulic drive system;

4. In all industrial fields, it can be used as lubricating oil pump.

KCB series gear pump structure features:

This series of gear pumps mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal.The gear has high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and is installed with the shaft to operate in a replaceable sleeve.The lubrication of all parts in the pump is achieved automatically by using the output medium when the pump works.

Reasonable oil discharge and return tank are designed in the pump, which is the least torque force the gear can bear in the work. Therefore, bearing load is small, wear is small, and pump efficiency is high.

The pump is provided with a safety valve as overload protection. The full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the pump's rated discharge pressure. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range.However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used as a relief valve for a long period of time.
