3RP type CAM rotor pump structure:

It is mainly composed of three parts: CAM rotor, shaft seal and gear box. A pair of synchronous transmission gear drives the CAM rotor to rotate to realize the transmission of the medium. The shaft seal can be designed as packing seal and mechanical seal according to different working conditions. High strength cast iron gear box, spiral gear and heavy load bearing to ensure long life. The main part is box-type assembly, and the rotor clearance can be adjusted without disassembling the gearbox.

O-type sealing ring material is silicone rubber, when the medium is corrosive, using polytetrafluoroethylene.

From the motor to the pump, the pump turns to rotate clockwise.
