ZYB series fuel pump

ZYB series fuel pump is a professional term in the auto parts industry. It is one of the basic components of the fuel injection system of electric injection vehicle, located inside the vehicle fuel tank. ZYB series fuel pump works when the engine is started and the engine is running. If the engine stops and the ignition switch is still ON, THE HFM-SFI control module turns off the power supply of ZYB series fuel pump to avoid accidental ignition.

ZYB series fuel pump by an electric motor, pressure limiter, check valve, electric motor practical work in the fuel oil pump shell, don't worry, because there is no any shell to ignition, fuel can lubrication and cooling motor fuel, oil outlet is equipped with check valve, the pressure limiter is in the pressure side of the pump shell, with to the inlet channel.

ZYB series fuel pump is suitable for conveying diesel oil, heavy oil, residual oil, fuel oil and other media, especially suitable for the fuel pump of the burner in the mixing station of road and bridge engineering, it is the ideal product to replace imported products. ZYB supercharged ZYB series fuel pump is not suitable for conveying highly volatile or low flash point liquid, such as ammonia, benzene, etc.

When the rotor rotating, roller pressure outward by centrifugal force, like a rotary oil seal, the rotor rotation, the pump work, from the fuel oil inlet suction, and the fuel oil from the oil outlet pressure into the fuel oil system, when close the oil pump, oil outlet check valve closed, to prevent fuel by ZYB series fuel pump flow back to the fuel tank, check valve to maintain the fuel pipe pressure is called the "residual pressure".

The maximum pump pressure of ZYB series fuel pump depends on the standard of pressure limiter. If the pressure of ZYB series fuel pump exceeds the predetermined pressure limit, the pressure limiter will open the bypass to allow fuel to flow back to the inlet of ZYB series fuel pump.
